The 8 that stole my heart

As I write this, these little ones are 25 days old.  It's been years since I raised kittens.  But this time it's going to be different.  This time we have the mom!  She makes things much easier. 

It's exciting to watch the journey of 8 little babies as they grow.  They seem to develop and grow daily now.  Now they are starting to roll around and play with their feet and each other.  Gosh they are cute to watch.  In about another 5 weeks they'll be ready for adoption. But until then their journey continues.  They will learn how to eat and use a potty box. They will be spayed or neutered.  That's funny, since we don't even know how many boys and girls there are yet. Oh, and don't forget their vaccines. Then they'll be ready for adoption.  Their journey will continue as they go on to forever homes.  But for now they are mine!
