Wow, it's been too long since I've talked with you. I can say, I've been busy rescuing cats. I can't begin to tell you how much your support means to us and the cats in our care.  You are so important to us.  Frankly, if it weren't for fellow animal lovers like you, we could not exist!  

I hope you will consider supporting F.A.T. Cat Haven this holiday season.  We truly need the support of caring, generous, animal lovers like you to rescue these cats.

These innocent animals, recently rescued, most likely would have been killed or died from starvation or injuries because no one cared enough to provide the necessary shelter and medical treatment to save their lives.  If F.A.T. Cat Haven didn't exist animals like Breezy, Cleo, Beady, Jack, and all the beautiful cats in our care, could have been killed because no one wanted them or might have died from abuse or neglect.  Here are some examples of the cats recently saved.

Breezy and Cleo were kept in deplorable conditions.  The roaches were nice and healthy with the run of the apartment. The floor moved with roaches, even on the ceiling. There was feces, rotten food, and trash everywhere.  So Breezy and Cleo were rescued and came to F.A.T. Cat Haven.  They were thin, but not anymore.  They were depressed, but not now.

Breezy, below, is also highly allergic to fleas.  She was bald from her front shoulder back to her tail.  Of course, she has had a flea bath and was treated for fleas too.  Her beautiful fur is coming back, 

Beady's story is unfortunately seen way too often.  His owners were drug users and they just threw the cat outside to fend for himself. He would go to the neighbors to beg for food.  Finally one day he just went missing and now has a safe home. He was skin and bones when we got him but now looks pregnant because of all he eats. He is on the right below with his new friend Sybil.

Then I mentioned Jack.  Well, he is a really big boy.  He just arrived on Nov. 20th with 7 others from the Los Angeles area. He is doing great. Some of them were rescued from a shelter and going to be euthanized because they are old. 

The tragedy is that thousands of innocent cats and kittens are being neglected, beaten, tortured, starved, and killed every day.  F.A.T.
