Bandit was found in the bushes with his brother Ratchett. They were maybe 2 days old at the time so we bottle-fed them for 4 weeks. I wanted to name him Socket but Hal said it had to be Bandit because he stole his heart. At this writing, he is now 8 ½ years old and remains a house cat. He and his brother did get adopted into a home with a pregnant dog. The dog loved the kittens but once she had her puppies she tried to maul them, so back they came. I cried when they were adopted so I could not let them go again once they were returned. Update, he is now 11 years old and still a house cat. He is always in my lap, I don't know how but he just sneaks onto my lap and I don't even know it.
