(2009-2020) My beloved Precious died this early morning. She was only 11 years old. In the last 2 weeks she had undergone a multitude of tests to determine why she was losing so much weight. Unfortunately, everything came back as normal, we didn't know what was wrong. After some shots, IV's and dental cleaning, she came home. After a couple of days of tempting her with anything to get her to eat, she finally quit altogether and started to shut down. Precious died at 1:36 AM this morning. The vet told me today that if that ever happens again on his closed day to call and leave a message. He checks messages on his 1 day off in case of an emergency. I wrapped her in soft blankets and held her close, she was so cold. She had a seizure every 10 minutes. I tried to comfort her and held her close until she passed over. She is sitting with Jesus now and I will see her again. My sweet girl will be terribly missed. Today is a very sad day!
