Shelters are overcrowded, noisy and very frightening. They need your help to provide a good home to a homeless animal. F.A.T. Cat Haven is not overcrowded, noisy, or frightening but we need your support to continue to provide more cats that "forever home." People who choose a pet without consideration of the cost, and how much care and attention a pet needs, people who don't spay and neuter their pets add to this problem by allowing more animals to be born. If there were more responsible people the shelters wouldn't be overcrowded and animals wouldn't be "tossed," increasing the stray and feral populations. Stop and think before you adopt. Do you have the finances, the home, the room and time to care for a pet? Remember adoption is a lifetime commitment! Chris M. |
